Joe Small, husband to Renee, has been an integral part of Hope & Serenity Farm Sanctuary from the very beginning. As our indispensable Facilities Director, Joe shoulders the responsibility of repair and maintenance for the entire Sanctuary's grounds. His unwavering commitment ensures that everything, irrespective of its state, is promptly restored to optimal function.

A problem-solver at heart, Joe is reputed for transforming daunting tasks into achievable projects within moments. His proficiency in handling repairs is honed from over 30 years of experience in diverse construction and maintenance fields. His expertise spans HVAC systems, auto repair, plumbing, and electrical work, amongst others.

Joe thrives in the open-air workspace at the farm, taking pride in his independent role while contributing significantly to our sanctuary's upkeep and seamless operations.
